Cancel, downgrade or upgrade at anytime. Everything is prorated, so you pay for the time that you have used. Billing only begins after the FREE trial period is complete and automatically cancels your account if no billing details are provided.
Your Free Trial
Your 7-day Free Trial starts at the time of registry. Use these 7 days for free to understand how Storefront Social can be an critical tool for your Social Marketing plan by showcasing your products on Facebook. When your trial expires, you will be asked for Credit Card information to continue using Storefront Social. Your storefront will stay active for a short period after your trial has expired. If you want to continue using Storefront Social, you will need to provide billing details to initiate the service. You may enter your billing details at any time during the trial, but will only be charged AFTER the trial has been complete. Be sure to enter the billing details to ensure no interruption in service.
One Free Trial Per User
Sorry, only one free trial per Facebook ID. Unfortunately, we must keep track of the Facebook IDs that are registered and will only provide one trial. If you would like to continue using Storefront Social, you will need to provide a valid Credit Card with billing details to set up the service. Again, once you have registered your Facebook page with Storefront Social, you will not be able to sign up for multiple free trials.
Cloned Storefronts
Storefront Social started offering the option to manage multiple pages with a single storefront. These are separate instances to your monthly plan that are provided as an additional cost. If you would like to stop sending your storefront to multple pages, you may request a cancellation of this service by contacting support. You can add the cloned storefront back at anytime. You will be charged at the end of your first billing cycle for the cloned storefront. You may add up to 10 cloned storefronts each for 50% off the original storefront price.

Billing Details
Failure to keep a valid credit card on file will result to payment failures which will lock your account. Currently Storefront Social is a monthly service and billing will happen once a month for continuing the service. Please be sure to keep your billing information current to avoid the locking of your account. If you feel your account has been locked incorrectly, contact support to submit a ticket for a resolution.
Canceling Your Account
If you’d like to cancel your account, you may do so at anytime. Simply go to the Settings tab in the Storefront Social Admin panel, and click on Billing Details. You’ll see a link for Cancel My Account underneath your plan. You may also submit a ticket to Storefront Social Support and we will cancel your account immediately, and no future billings will be made.
